This was an interesting stop in our Kentucky trip. Rich with history, the Lost River Cave is a cool spot to learn some new information. And you take a boat through a cave, which is something that I've never done before. A short trail system also runs through the park and there is a kid's area by the visitor center.... More

We took the boat tour here. The actual boat ride was a bit short, but the information told before as we walked to the cave was fun and interesting. It's not the most majestic cave, but it was fun to take a boat ride in a cave. The whole place is great though. We didn't have time for the trails,... More

The boat ride is of short length but it was fun. Don't forget to duck. GPS will lead you in circles so follow the signs.

Four of us visited the gift shop which has wonderful jewelry, clothing, decorative and similar selections. We then took the boat tour of the cave. The guides explaining the area history of the blue holes, the underground and above ground river, and cave features was informative, knowledgeable and kept our attention throughout the tour. This is a great way to... More

This was our first stop on our spring break getaway as it was close to our hotel. It was an awesome quick little tour and our guide was really engaging and funny. The grounds were beautiful and I would love to come back another day with more time to walk the trails. The only drawback was that the price of... More

We had fun on the boat ride. It was shorter than expected but enjoyable. Our guide was very informative. I would recommend it.

My bf and I decided to take my 8 year old son to the Lost River after all the tours at Mammoth Cave were sold out. So glad we did! The whole area was beautiful. Tickets are only first come, first serve so we had to wait about an hour which was the perfect amount of time to check out... More

We had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed the play area, we walked the trails, and took the boat tour through the cave. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the trail was marked with informative markers. Also had a nice gift shop, picnic area & gem mining for those who wanted to do that. Was a very nice 1/2...
