Hats off to Jeff C and his staff. Very hospitable and Becky is always quite pleasant. Really neat tour - would recommend going to the Evan Williams Experience in downtown Louisville as well. Really neat tour, very informative and outstanding bourbon to top it all...More

There were no tours available when we walked in. They however have a nice gift shop and museum and we were allowed to walk the property. I would diffidently call ahead if you want a tour because they get very busy.

We visited Heaven Hill as part of a guided tour on a recent girls day out. The grounds are beautiful, the tour was great and the tastings were wonderful. I would recommend a stop at this family owned distillery when you on the Bourbon Trail.

Had a great experience here with the family. This was the first distillery we have visited here in Kentucky and the start of our Bourbon Trail. We did the tasting tour where we got to sample four different bourbons. Learned a lot about the distilling...More

The center provides an intimate story of bourbon production in the company and in the surrounding area. The family feel was perceptible during the visit but was made real when Jeff ( the GM) and Becky ( greeter, guide, and hostess) came to our rescue...More

This was the second distillery tour we did that day (Willet being the first), and I wish we’d have done this one first. It was more of a 101 tour, but that’s not to say it wouldn’t be worth it if you’re already well-versed. Our...More

We finished our Bourbon Trail passport here. It was cold and windy and we had to walk across the road but it was worth it. Our guide Bill usually sells barrels to people but gave us some interesting stories from his experiences as he led...More

My husband and I did the connoisseur tour today with Becky and had the best time! She was extremely knowledgeable and funny. We also got to drink 4 OUTSTANDING Bourbons/Ryes. Thanks Becky for a great start to our trip!

Even if you're not a big bourbon fan, this provides an interesting look at how an iconic American drink is made as well as its fascinating history. You won't find friendlier, more helpful staff, either.

This depends on what you are looking for. If you want to go to a Rickhouse, then the Heritage Center is the place (not to mention that the tasting afterwards is in a cool looking room). If you are interested in the history... More
