A rare find. Small but quaint little theater. It's been completely remodeled a few years ago. Comfortable seating and movies are usually first run or fairly new. You can't beat the price and the staff is very friendly. It's listed in the Guiness book of...More

Oldest continuous running theater in the US. Lobby takes you back to your childhood. Two screens with first run movies. Enjoyable night out. And if you are around during the day be certain to take in the museum at the rear of the theater.

As a "claim to fame", the current location is NOT where the first movie theater opened and kept running but the establishment values both history and cinema. Yes, tickets are not cheap, but the environment and food is worth the price of admission.
