Ken did such a great job of showing us all the different kinds of birds. Loved seeing the eagles (bald & golden) & the beautiful mystifying owls. He has them all trained so well - even the bald eagle poses for pictures with you! You can tell his love for all animals. They have a rescue dog that is blind... More

This is a fascinating, educational tour of a raptor (birds of prey) rehab center. You need to call for an appointment and tours are usually arranged for groups of 8 or more but we asked if there was space available on a scheduled tour and we were able to go the day after we called. You can arrange a private... More

Let me start off by saying that this is a unique experience and one that you're likely to not get anywhere else. The facilities were clean and Ken was very knowledgeable. His genuine appreciation of the birds was obvious. All that being said, I thought Ken was abrasive to say the least. Throughout the tour Ken would make comments that... More

A wonderfully maintained facility located west of Wichita. The tour I went on was very informative and well presented. The work invested with these birds really shows. I will be setting up another tour to take my family.

My daughter and I visited with all my grandchildren. Wonderful experience!! Loved how hands on and involved Ken encouraged them and even us to be (my daughter got to call the Harrison Hawk to her hand and feed her)! The kids fed fledglings and the vulture! Ken provided so much information on each of the birds we saw. I appreciated... More

We've been here several times! Once on a class field trip and another time to drop off an injured owl. Ken does amazing work with these birds and I would highly recommend scheduling a visit. He does take donations to care for the animals he helps!

I have experienced EVRC both at the facility tour in Cheney and at school programs. Ken is passionate and an expert on these amazing eagles , owls and hawks. The school program keeps kids attention and teaches them the importance of wildlife to our environment. Donations help keep the rehabilitation going for these amazing eagles and owls.
