Almost everyone I have talked to has got sick. Is that because of the food or the purified water? And if it's the water, how can you avoid this? Really just wanna get sick?

No one I went with got sick and there was over 20 of us. The food was always cooked well and the refillable water was rain water but it was absolutely fine!
hi, can I do the 4 or 5 day hike in trainers?! not sure how much climbing or slippy the ground is? thanks!!

It would be better to have hiking shoes, but I saw folks hiking in trainers and they're fine.
