Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This place is amazing, restaurants in the beach complex, food is excellent and you will find the sea, and also the river in the same place. Wonderful.

The sea and the river together, to swim in river its excellent, the water is very, very calm. I walked away from the restaurant during one hour to appreciate the landscape .

The place was impressively expensive. Sure it was pretty and the river is nice but the beach doesn't compare to others in the area and not worth spending a whole day there. 75 reales for a 15m ferry and a plate of very starchy food. Drinks not included.
Keep driving and enter from the river side and you can save yourself all that and spend the day on the beach anyway.

Dear Mrs., or payment value, corresponds to use to space: wc, tables and saves sun, showers, bar service , relax , and restaurant . In a clean environment, care and safety. Also through motorized boat. We regret that you had not appreciated. A team of more than 60 officials, who work here in Marape Dunes, will be better prepared to attend.

Very interesting beach and dune to transport yourself away from the big city life. The location is great and you will need to take a small transport boat to get you to the restaurant and dune itself.

Good for couples or youngsters, as the sea stream can be a little tough for children and elderly (in the high tide). Very ugly entrance, but it is worthwhile when you pass that point. We went straight to the beach, but some people would prefer to do the trip through the "mangue"(a kind of regional swamp). Others can take a small boat and go to a day use restaurant, but we read some bad reviews about the food. We stayed in the same beach and it made all the difference.
I wasn't crowded, that we really enjoyed, and the food was nice, simple and the price was fair (barraca da Nilda, the last one). The right part of the beach was desert and it was exactly the image of wild beaches we were looking for.

We had a boat ride up the river to some spectacular views. Tried the "healing" mud. Went to the outlook where you could see both the Ocean and the River. Very awesome!

A small alternative to the more well-known beaches in Alagoas. We just passed it by on a trip, took a bath and were exalted of the beauty of the place, where the river runs out in the sea. We will definitely return!

The beach is not good for swimming due to the rocks, but it is a unique, beautiful, almost deserted beach, ideal for couples, dating and experiencing nature, a pleasant and very cozy experience, with waves and breezes to tell in love stories and passion.
