I go to as many Iowa Cubs baseball games as possible. There are fireworks after the games on some nights. You can look out over centerfield and see the lighted State Capitol and the flowing Des Moines River. The Principal Park has been remodeled and it has great seating. The beer and food are expensive but the tickets to get... More

Best place to see Chicago Cubs in rehab or waiting for the call to the big show. Great ballpark and Clark makes his rounds during the game to all parts of the game. Tickets are great prices.

We have attended several games here and always have a good experience. The kids love to run thru the fountain on hot summer days.

You cant beat Principal Park for enjoying a baseball game. Whether you're a casual fan, or serious about the game, you'll find something to love! Parking is easy, drink and food options are plentiful, and the product is great. You can't beat the location or the view of the capitol building. Also, easy access to many downtown bars and restaurants.... More

Had a Fabulous first experience at Principle park on Friday 9-2! Easy parking and drop off, easy and fast lines to get in. This is a well designed baseball park that gives fans an intimate experience, wherever your seat is located. Wonderful Fireworks after the game was a bonus, adding to the festive and friendly atmosphere.

As with a lot of minor league parks, it's a fun time. You can get a lot closer to the action for a lot less money. Plus, the park is very close to downtown - we walked there along the river trail, so no need for a car.

A great ballpark to see a game. I honestly don't think there is a bad seat in the house. One of the great things to be able to do is go on line to the Iowa Cubs site, select your seat and print your ticket. Want an aisle seat, get it on line. Want to sit higher, get it on... More

Well, the park is nice seating is great not a bad seat. The parking is fair and tight get there early. The food is the negative. Eat before you go plenty of great places around the park. The park food is not real good or varied and expensive. The food was a disappointment to us we enjoy stadium food, they... More

As a Cubs fan, I love the idea of watching the I-Cubs play. Unfortunately, if you don't get here early, the traffic and parking can be a nightmare especially if there is a marquee player in the game. Other venues in the state are more conducive to that baseball experience. Kernels Stadium in Cedar Rapids is a good example. Principal... More
