We stopped here on a weekday morning in August. We had the place to ourselves, so parking was plentiful and the hike to the top of the falls was peaceful. This is a very pretty stop for a touch of nature. There are trails in...More

We do a lot of hiking, so the 200 or steps to the top of the falls didn't take long, however, the view was amazing as were the sounds of the rushing water. There is a new stone arch bridge that crosses the creek to...More

Beautiful setting but can be difficult to park close. Trails with stairs go up to the opening in the bluff.

Really pretty spring right on the edge of town! Must see if visiting Decorah more water flows when it's been raining. Take the hike around the trail for better views

Particularly in summertime, this gorgeous location is a cool haven with a beautiful umbrella of trees, surrounded by limestone bluffs and a lovely, lively waterfall that cascades down the steep, rocky, hillside. Don't miss it! Now it has a strikingly colorful stone bridge, made entirely...More

No charge, the road to the waterfall is blocked off due to some rebuilding they are doing. Just park in the lot across the highway and walk in. It is rough surface (gravel) road. Probably 3/10 of a mile to the bottom of the... More
