We were pleasantly surprised here! We opted for the paid tour, although there is a free one available. As we waited, we walked through the store, and the free samples were plentiful! When the tour started, we were taken through the museum by a knowledgeable...More

We truly enjoyed the $4 tour & learned a lot. We loved the chocolate of course & left with a lot of "almost perfect" chocolate. It was all wonderful!

We stopped by and took the 20 minute free tour. They offer a longer tour with a goodie bag for $4. The tour guide had a sense of humor and we learned a bit we didn't know prior. Having dreamt about the opening scene from...More

The tour guide, "Hot Latte", was amazing! He kept everyone entertained! He was even patient with the little ones in our group.

Chocolate is excellent. Factory seconds are a great bargain at $9.00/lb. Try their hot chocolate. It's made from solid chocolate, not a powder mix. Yum!
