We visited in April of 2017. It's relatively easy to find and there's many places to park. We had our Lab with us , too. The park provides a very relaxing and peaceful walk.

This is acres of wooded land to hike and enjoy nature at its best. Specimen of old growth forest. Spring is particularly a nice time to visit, wildflowers.

Hayes Arboretum is a wonderful place to reflect on nature, whether driving or hiking through the grounds. The classes that they have are educational and the summer programs were a hit with our sons and now our grandchildren. Highly recommend them!

Fall is the most beautiful time to visit... Wait UNLESS you can drive through after a heavy wet snow....Well kept area...

This is a fairly sizable and FREE arboretum off a busy highway. It is Serene and open to hikers and dirt bikes. There is lots of wildlife just park your car and get started

A beautiful treasure hidden in a good sized city. It is beautifully wooded park. It has great trails got walking. The most peaceful place in Richmond. Wonderful for a walk, jog, or just some relaxation.

This beautiful gem is nestled in the heart of Richmond and provides a quiet place to get away from it all. Quiet walks, the nature center or events like Witches in the Woods ensure there will be something fun for the whole family.

The Hayes Arboretum wouldn't be worth driving across the country to see, but for us in Cincinnati, it was a pleasant day trip, about 70 miles each way. On October 15, 2016, the autumn leaves were just starting to turn, although the most remarkable things...More
