Great wines served by a very nice lady. They have great Riesling, Traminette, Cab Franc, Sangiovese, & some wonderful fruit wines that aren't super sweet. I'm sorry they're a little drive off the highway, not too far from Spring Mill State Park. They are are the Indy Wine Fest early June, so may have to go to restock the "cellar!"

The owners are very gracious-wine sampling is free of charge! We especially liked the Winter Spice and Lady Luck.

I've visited over 50 wineries in the Midwest and this is by far the best! It's quite a drive down an old country road but well worth it! Carry-in food allowed at their picnic and pond area.

Decided to take a trip to this off the beaten track winery because it was too rainy to set up camp until the rain ended. Trip Advisor's directions took us to their old location on St. Rt. 60. Meandered the backcountry and were so glad we did. Spent an hour and a half visiting with Sue and sampling the wines... More

First off, I would like to say that Sue and Marion make the best wine in the whole entire world! My wife and I have been visiting one establishment or another of theirs for at least 8 years now. Have always had nothing but good experiences when we visit them. Any visits that have ever been subpar have always been... More

The wine tasting area is in a small outbuilding mere yards from the owners home .( the latter is lovely I might add with bountiful flower baskets ) The tasting " room" was marked " closed" as we approached but the owners stay watchful and just change the sign to "open" when visitors arrive. There is nothing fancy about the... More

My husband and I, with a few wine loving friends, made a recent visit to Carousel Winery. Be sure to call ahead to reserve a tasting, as the winery is located at the owners' homestead and farmland. They also participate in a number of fairs and events so be sure they can accommodate your party. For a very reasonable price,... More

My wine tasting group decided to go on a little adventure. We arranged to have a few hours of wine tasting with munches. We ended up getting a world of education about starting a winery the pluses and downside. Carosel Winery is definitely a place not only where good wine is made, but the love shared by a couple who... Sue provided my wine tasting group with a wonderful experience......'scumcious homemade goodies, tasting of 5 wonderful wines, a signature glass with a full glass of favorite wine .....for $10. The owners were the utmost in hosts and wine stories and education of their journey in establishing Carousel Winery......absolutly amazing....not only the story but the individual behind its success! WOW!

Haven't been to the winery location, but have dealt with the owners a few times at the Indy Home Show and boat sport and travel show and have also purchased directly from owners and picked up at their home on the north side of Indy. Simply put...this is the best fruity/dessert type wine I've ever tasted, and my wife and... More
