This mansion is well worth the price of the tour. The guide was knowledgeable and questions were welcomed. The home has been carefully brought back to its original state and the stories about the Lanier family are fascinating.

Visited the mansion as part of Madison's "candlelight tour of homes". The mansion is stunning. The staff did an amazing job of explaining the history of every room. I was awestruck. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madison.
