Our family has a great time going to the Pacer games. Depending on how many family members we have chosen many different seat options. All are good for the price you pay. I've been to two concerts and sat upper balcony. The sound quality is...More

Outstanding staff. They had they merchandise organized and moving quickly. Funny note, not sure if it was just because we were on the level with the luxury suites, but they had really nice bathrooms (including small rolls of Cottonelle TP not big crunchy rolls, lol)...More

Attended concert and were met with warm and helpful folks from the security gates to the ushers that seemed to be everywhere making sure you were okay. We were in the nosebleed seats, but had a great view. Efficient into and out of the arena.

We were invited to attend a playoff game and sit in the Pacer's Suite since I was a prospective season ticket buyer. Banker's Life is a great venue for the Pacers and for concerts! It was nice the Pacers Sales Staff extended the invitation. We...More

Great time watching the Indiana All Stars. The interviews during the tv time outs were interesting and informative.

Wide, open concourses. Ushers were very helpful. Food selections were average for a venue. Very clean with ample bathrooms. Good sight lines.

Bankers Life is a great place to see a basketball game. Plenty of very good food venues, even the menu at the seats is pretty good. We have enjoyed the buffet several times this season and it has been very good as well. All we...More

With the exception of the nose bleeds, there isn't a bad seat in the house. Watched a concert here in March. Had a great view. Service is always good. Food is good. A little pricey, but that's expected in a larger city.

I have never had a bad seat the dozens of times I've been there. It's set up perfectly to where if your even in the nosebleeds you still feel close.
