Grand home built in 1875. A nice tribute to an overlooked president. Well worth the stop. Free parking in the rear and along the street.

No one else was there the day we arrived, so we had a private tour! Docent very knowledgeable. Top floor was closed for exhibit rotation- that was disappointing that we could not even peek in to see the room. Lots of original items.

Yes--this National Historic Landmark is fully accessible, with ramps leading into the house and full elevator access to all 3 floors.
