We visited on New Years day. We have a 7 year old and a 13 year old and everyone loved it including us and we are 38 and 40. Everything we saw and did was awesome. Our oldest had the biggest smile and kept saying what a cool place it was and she is your typical teenager that is constantly... More

The museum is huge and 5 floors of pure entertaiment for kids. You can easily spend a whole day in there. The exhibits are great, well made and beautifully decorated. We lacked customer care experience and we felt many of the personel were quite rude. That really brought down our whole indianapolis children museum hype. The store is very overpriced.... More

Visited over New Years weekend with family, all of us from out of town. Enjoyed everything we tried, but only spent 3 hours and I am sure we could have done twice that. 5 Yr old enjoyed the Doc McStuffin exhibit, that made her trip. Also tried the slide from teh 2nd floor to the first, probably her favorite thing.... More

We had a lovely day here on NYE. They have a countdown at Noon and 1pm for the kids. Very crowded but the place is big enough for everyone to find things to do.

I surprised my 8 year old nephew by visiting the museum on a Sunday. We had so much fun touring the different exhibits and learning so much. Everything was very interactive, and we are anxious to return when the exhibits change again. We played games, rode the carousel, and made awesome memories together. The Holiday attractions, especially the snowball fight... More

I was there for an awards banquet. Most but not all the exhibits were open to the guests. Having the museum crowd free, plus an excellent meal was great! I have never seen such a nice children's museum. If I am ever traveling in that area with children I would definitely go again.

The family and I came down for a couple of days specifically to go to the museum. The Doc Mcstuffins Exhibit was here and this was the closest location to us that it was going to be. The Doc McStuffins exhibit didn't disappoint. It had dress up with 5 main areas of activities ranging from hands to watching. The rest... More

We all enjoyed our visit here! Tickets were a little pricey but the parking was FREE, silver lining there. My favorite was the informational pieces on Ann Frank & Ryan White. Very interesting and a great reminder on how poorly humankind can be to one another. Another favorite for my family was the entire lower level. There was something there... More

I took four teenagers who range from middle school to college, and have all been to this museum many times before, but hadn't been for a year or so, and we were all impressed by the many new and updated things going on. It's clean, well signed, interesting for all ages, and a treasure for our city and state to... More

There are rotating exhibits, like the Doc McStuffins exhibit, that always keep this place interesting. They have permanent exhibits like the ScienceWorks for older kids and the play area for younger kids, so there is something for children of all ages!
