We visited in early November but the temps were still in the 60s during the day. The park was beautiful with the changing leaves. The campground was exactly the way we like it. Very quiet and peaceful. A surprising number of campers off season, but...More

The nature center at O'Bannon State Park is a nice one, but be be aware that it closes early -- I believe it was only 3:00 when we arrived there. Two of the employees were just leaving, but one agreed very graciously to take us...More

May have been bad timing, but was rather disappointed with the place. Nature Center was closed, even though it was supposed to open. Area where you could see Ohio river seemed to be neglected and run down. Horse camp ground was about the only thing...More

We were in the area on business and went to the park to walk around. We didn't camp there so I can't review the campground, but the park was clean with nice views of the river.

This campground and park is very nice. Wish they had water hook ups, but we made do! The nature center is pretty cool and the staff there was very kind and knowledgeable. The pool is nice, however, the lifeguards whistle non-stop. Literally. NON STOP. We...More

The local schools start on July 28 so the pool is only open on weekends. The closest body if water is Ohio River, but don't recommend swimming. Corydon has a public swimming pool. Patoka Lake has a nice beach.
