Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Over priced to get in, Not very clean. Food prices also over priced when you have a few kids to feed and waiting time. Kids getting hurt as other parents no where to be seen or staff!! We were hoping things might of gotten better but in my opinion no way.

Unfortunately we found this place to be very dirty and the inflatable area was really smelly. Table games were broken which was a shame the staff could not really be bothered trying to fix the problem. Overall staff were very friendly but that did not take away from the fact that the play areas are not kept clean. Sorry, we will return next time we are in a Launceston and hope that things have improved

What an awesome facility for kids. Set over two levels with play equipment for different age groups. We took 7 kids there to play on Australia day morning and they almost had the place to themselves. They had a great time but as an adult looking at the place you notice how worn out the place is getting. Considering that we were the first people to enter that morning the carpets needed cleaning and equipment was extremely dirty. A lady came around and sprayed the kids area with disinfectant while they were playing which I thought should have been before the place opened. This place has lots of potential however if isn't maintained it will soon loose customers.

Came here for a child’s birthday party. Play equipment was very tired and unkempt.
The cost of the party was ridiculously overpriced considering they didn’t really cater to the dietary needs of the gluten free children and we had to bring in, at our own cost, food for them. These dietary needs had been discussed with staff before the party.
No one bothered to check during the party if the water needed refilling nor did they take away any dirty trays or dishes before bringing down the cake.
The cake was brought down without any plates or cutlery.
Staff had to be reminded about the party bags.
Overall, a terrible waste of money!

Not a bad place for the kids but very tired and rundown inside and out. Cafe good. Time for some of the admissions money to be put back into the place and improve on a good concept.

We spent a good 3 hours here exploring the two floors of awesomeness!
Dress ups, play equipment and cafe - everything was great. Kids were getting stir crazy in the car travelling around and enjoyed every bit if it. 💖 $7.50 to get in per child is a good price to pay for a early night for them

This was a great place to take our 22 month old granddaughter. I would recommend it for under 5s. The equipment is geared towards this age group. We really liked the way we could buy coffee and snacks and seat ourselves inside the play area very close to where the kids were playing. However some of the equipment is starting to look shabby and needs replacing. It could also have done with a deep clean and paint. We took a pack of antibacterial wipes. The play area was supposed to be supervised but I didn't notice anyone overseeing it. It may be busy on weekends but mid week it was quiet and a great place to take kids in bad weather.

I have taken my 18 month old Grand-daughter three times in all. There is so much for a little child to do from the cage full of brightly coloured balls, the play kitchen with baskets to fill with fruit & vegetables, fish and other items. The challenge of climbing the various areas to reach the top of the slide and so much more to amuse. A very entertaining way to spend a couple of hours and a great way to interact the your little ones.

Kids Paradise is in a conference type venue. Easy to find, heaps of parking. You enter main doors and go through warm & sunny cafe to top level of KP. This has party rooms, pretend baby hospital, pretend fruit & veg store, and teddy shop. The main section has a kids (under 12) padded climbing structure with ball pit and slides. There is also a padded room for little ones but it was a bit musty.
Down stairs has a big jumping castle and another double story padded play structure with slides and ball pit.
Toilets were excellent for mums with prams and little people. Staff were wonderful and so are their hot chips!
Only faults are the princess gate needs cleaning and new paint. Baby room is musty.
We spent 3 hours there without the kids getting bored. Loved it.
