St James has nice, easy walking paths with lots of trees. Buildings are scattered around the property but you can’t go in most. Lots of places to take nice pictures and they were setting up for a wedding when we were there. Wouldn’t recommend bikes...More

At St. James Farm Forest Preserve abandoned yellow barns,stables and shelters spread on large property;a sense of being lost without much direction,zero amenities.Deer family,strollers,dog walkers abound.The site is under construction but no idea what for.A place with great potential but unreached.

Family day events are fun times to take the kids. There are organized events and lots to do to keep the kids busy and engrossed with activities

I've been here twice, both times in the fall. Nice trails, great place for a walk to enjoy the scenery.

They have great family events! Beautiful grounds, access to horses, very nice paths to walk and picnic on.
