Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We booked a wine tour during our stay and one of our stops was at Kersbrook Hill wines and cider. Our lovely host was Lynda and she was fantastic, friendly, fun and informative on all our tastings. Certainly, was a pleasure, thank you Lynda. We have just received our order of wines here in QLD and look forward to enjoying them all and will no doubt be reordering more.

Exceptional customer service, seated inside and was very warm. Didn’t realise the wine tasting was free, the tasting list was massive! Great experience all around. If you’re going on a weekend make sure you do book though!

we had a scoupon for a platter plus wine or cider .All four of us thought food and service top rate. I had a glass or two of the basket press cider. Have been looking for a cider to match a good Somerset UK one. This one delivers. We dropped in again last week to get more will be back Thank you.

Overall experience was very poor. Owner focused all time on a few customers at the bar, while everyone else waited for service. Other staff disinterested.

Food was very bland and low quality. Not what you’d expect from a winery.

Stopped here on a Wine Tour, so glad that we did. Paul was a lovely host and the wines were great. I even enjoyed the Cider which I usually avoid drinking but the highlight for me was the Sparkling Shiraz, yum!

After a pleasant day touring various wineries our last port of call was here. Just as well it was our last as if it was our first i may not of left. Hosts were great, sat us outside and brought several wines and ciders to try.
Look places get busy so be patient, if they are packed you should wonder why.
I only mentioned that i was more of a port drinker then out comes a port to try (and yes i did buy a superb bottle of Checker Hill Port)

The host explained the difference in various ciders and how the popular brands are made using overseas contents then mixed here where-as the Kersbrook Hill Cider was all Australian and decidedly crisp and fresh.

Two cups of coffee, port, evening sun over the hills . . .
Don't drive past, call in, you won't be sorry ;-)

Located on the side of the road at kersbrook is perhaps not the best location for tasting but settle in and the wines do the talking. A great place to try different vintages of the same grape varietal and see why different seasons affect wines differently! Riesling to shiraz with a cheeky cider too! Brilliant place to stop and visit

This was our second visit here and we took my elderly father in law for a tasting. The younger woman at the tasting counter was serving 3 people and looked up and saw us and blatantly ignored us whilst we stood like dummies. We were never acknowledged and walked out after giving up. Terribly disappointing as we had a great time at the same place when we visited a couple of years ago and were served by the owner.

We stopped off here on a wine tour. The place is small but it made no difference to our small group. Paul was very informative and I learnt all about wines and cider. They make a great cider which tastes much better than the crap they sell in commercial shops. His wines were very good as well.
