I like the set up of this square compared to Glenelg. The square sits much closer to the water and has a better open view of the pier and beach. It's such a nice place to have coffee.

A beautiful place that showcases some of the best food and drink that Adelaide has to offer, all in a beautiful setting. The jetty is a lovely place for a walk and the fisher folk are friendly. Just watch out for the seagulls.

Since having a bit of a "face lift" Henley Square is a great place to take the kids. Only thing is that cafe's/restaurants are very popular and a little hard to get into when its not a planned specific trip.

Henley Square is the nearest beach to the CBD. There you can find a nice key and clear water, but not waves at all!

Henley Square is buzzing. The new lights and water feature are so beautiful and vibrant. I love Henley square and would go here over Glenelg any day.

unfortunately in summer there are no shade trees and it can be very hot. Several nice cafes but a lot of the charm has gone.

Always good to be by the sea, and this square offers sea breezes, seating, strolls along the jetty and many Cafes to enjoy.

There are many beaches around Adelaide, AU but Henley Beach has it all. Fantastic beaches, large jetty, great restuarants, life saving station, grocery store, apartment rentals, parking and coffee shops. No need to go anywhere else it's all here and the bus stops out front...More

It depends on the time/day of the week etc.... but I've always been able to find a park somewhere, even if you have to walk a few blocks to get to the square. There's options of paid parking, unpaid timed parking, and then... More
