A bit hidden but a great cheesery. Beautiful blue cheese and very friendly lady letting me taste the cheeses. Right at the end if the apple growing area. If you like cheese - go for it

Warmly greeted at the door and invited to join the cheese tasting. Seating at a table is provided and we were given an explanation of each small example of 8 cheeses made on the premises. "Snowflake" is delicious. Disappointed we had not planned our day better and stopped in for the ploughman's lunch and a glass of wine, looked delicious.

Excellent COVID safe protocols. Cheeses were beautiful. We really enjoyed our cheesetasting, which included 8 quality cheeses some chutneys and some balsamic vinegars. Our hostess was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. We stayed for a ploughmans. Oh boy! Yum

Passing through on our way to Stanthorpe and was excited to see the cheese tasting sign on the side of the road so decided to pop in. This was literally THE WORSE tasting we have ever experienced. Albeit they were closing in 45 minutes, but upon entering, the woman abruptly told us not to go in the tasting room as they want to clean it and proceeded to let us (and another couple) taste on the bench with a finger nail size of 4 cheeses and absolutely zero description on each. There must had been a 5th cheese, but when she bellowed over to her side kick sitting in the corner ‘I don’t have any mature left’, the lady in the corner responded quite loudly ‘don’t worry about it’. After 1.5 minutes of eating the warm tastings we were invited to look at the products. Umm, goodbye. How sad for these tourist towns who must rely on people driving past. Zero stars... do not go here people. Go to Awassi in Grantham Hills if you want a proper cheese tasting with people who love what they do and actually appreciate your custom, you won’t be disappointed 👍🏼

This is not a large establishment but it does have an interesting range of local cheeses and is well a visit. Other locally made jams and preserves also available. Unfortunately, Jersey Girls Cafe was not open for business when we visited.
