I bought tickets for my kids for Christmas and dropped them off at the venue. Police directed me to the line paying for parking. Instructions were to say I was dropping off. The parking attendant waved me through and told me to go left to the building for dropoff. Worked like a charm and I headed straight through to the... More

The Allstate Arena is a fine venue for a concert, game or virtually any other attraction. I recommend the venue, but get your pocketbook out, as their food & drinks don't come "cheap". I paid $6.50 for a medium bag of popcorn. Good as it was, that price tag stings. All in all, great venue no real complaints.

My family group, 14 people, came to a Wolves game a few days before Christmas. The crowd was rather small so parking was a breeze ($15) was was getting out afterward. We sat near mid-rink about 7 rows from the ice. Because of the lighter than normal crowd all services were easy . . . food, rest rooms and snacks.... More

We saw Trans Siberian Orchestra here. What we did see was awesome. Now about the venue. Getting into the building is a nightmare! We live just outside of Chicago (normally 45 minutes to the venue from our house) took us 3 hours to get there and park. Now Chicago highway traffic is not their fault and I am not blaming... More

Worst experience ever. The city of Rosemont does not know how to handle any event of this magnitude. If you cannot handle parking and traffic flow in and out of your venue then you have no business scheduling to back to back shows. We will never come here again. $200 for nothing but aggravation

Not a huge arena but good size to see a concert in. Plenty of bathrooms and food/ drink services. Sat in 116 and was good angle for a concert. There is taxi service at the north door. HIE hotel is the closest if staying in area.

Went to a commend concert and had great seat location. Because it is a venue for so many different types of entertainment the most comfortable seats are not the best seats. Sitting on a folding chair for over two hours is a killer.

We went to Allstate to see Amy Schumer and the arena is smaller but really looks like there isn't a bad seat in the house. Fairly clean but man way trying to get out a pain!!!! The have people directing you in but not out. Im shocked not more people were in accidents because it was a mess!!!

Obviously this facility depends on the venue you opted to do see, but there are a few things that are under their control and consistently bad; vending area are slow and understaffed; bathrooms are scarce and dirty; security is nil. Opted for a different venue, if at all possible. Too bad I would go elsewhere if I could

Was staying downtown Chicago and was easily able to get to the arena through public transportation. Small venue with decent food options and pricing.
