I've attended national conventions here three times over the last few years. The place is HUGE and kept clean (including rest rooms). It was very easy access to O'Hare Airport. It is the first stop by light rail and the small station is only about...More

Its acceptable when you have no other place to eat. Basically the only place to eat in the convention center. Food is over-priced for what it is.

While not as big as McCormick downtown, it's much more manageable. There are many hotels attached to the property via walkways and the parking garage. One huge thing it has over McCormick is the massive amount of restaurants in the immediate area. They have done...More

We were here for Wizard World/Comic Con. Everyone was helpful and entrance to the convention was efficient. The convention halls were clean and well marked.

First, the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is not nearly as big as McCormick Place along the lakefront in Chicago. The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center (formerly known as the Rosemont Convention Center) only has exhibition space of about 840,000 sq. ft., compared to the...More

Went to an event there today. Staff are very courteous. There should be more bathrooms available. Easy to access the faculty by bus, train, taxi, and Uber. Food is what you would expect - overpriced but not that bad.

Very big and clean. The staff is very friendly. Easy access but very very large. A lot of walking. 3 miles just at the National Convention. Parking is not convenient. $15 a day and no validation at convention center. A long walk from the convention...More

My last trip here was 2005, there were still the same 3 Rosemont Police directing traffic and pedestrian attendees near the main entrance ! Apparently they cannot afford a simple traffic light ? When you walk near the entrance there are people smoking you have...More

Convention center very clean and spacious. Adequate bathroom facilities. Loved the complimentary Wi Fi. Link ways to different hotels makes it easier to get around. Overall a very good area for large and small events.

Your better off to stay within walking distance or at a hotel that provides a free shuttle service.

Not a direct shuttle. However, you could take the L. The L has a station inside the airport. Take it one stop to Rosemont. From there, it is a short walk to the convention center and area around it.
