As an ex UK forces veteran and seeing this advertised as a place of interest my wife and I was very disappointed to be refused we were refused entry because we were foreign, I thought we had a special relationship with the USA.

Anyone interested in military history should put this museum on their bucket list. It is a small museum but offers lots of small arms exhibits, period rifles, carbines, garands and many more. The arsenal itself has some architectural beauties.

Lots on army canons outside along with a very rare M50 Ontos and T9E1 Locust. Inside museum has every army rifle and pistols made by Rock Island Arsenal.
