Peoria Zoo not large like Chicago or St Louis where you can spend entire day and still not see everything. It IS a wonderful place to spend a few hours in the newer updated environment. Enjoyed the theme and layout of zoo

Excellent zoo, particularly for small children. Easily walkable. Africa exhibit with giraffes (great platform viewing area), lions, zebras, rhinos, and more is a highlight.
