As someone that knows the history of this it is omacptful, however, there isn’t really too much context of what truly happened. It is a stark reminder of just how low humanity can go

THis exhibit needs some better descriptive background info particularly for younger people. Also, since they moved it from Grand Prairie in an attempt to bring people to the failing riverfront they put it in a neighborhood that can be sketchy at times particularly after dark....More

It doesn't take long to see but it is a very impressive display of man's inhumanity to man. It's all outside so go on a sunny warm day to get the whole effect.
