This is cute and informative place. They had nice displays and a lot of information. They had a very cute gift shop with clothing, hats, stickers and so much more. Worth while.

A museum for the enlisted sailor at the "Quarter deck of the Naavy". Insulting to us blue jackets. It was almost worth the price of admission.

Get to see some of what the Navy is made of, how they began and what Great Lakes is all about. Many displays and new designs coming, this museum will explain anything you ever wanted to know about how our Navy began.

This is a small museum, but it gives a good overview of the history of the Navy and what happens in recruit training. You also get a feel for the size of the base as you approach the Visitor's Center.
