I was drawn to this place by the reputation of the John Deere Company. I was definitely not disappointed: a very well set up display of the John Deere Company products, an informative description of the company history, and knowledgeable and helpful (retired) employees.

John Deere pavilion is a must visit when you are in Moline, IL, U.S.A. It's the John Deere tractors and farm equipment visitors center. Vintage Deere tractors are also displayed here with full historical information. Latest technologies/equipment/machines are also displayed; and one can actually sit...More

A must see. My husband enjoyed this. The employees were very informative and answered all our questions. We also visited the gift shop next door.

My African friend had her picture taken "driving" a combine! She was so impressed at the size of the equipment and at how we plant and harvest our crops in the Midwest.

It's a great way to spend 30 mins to an hour getting a brief history of the corporation as well as allow the kids some fun time playing on the display tractors and combines. There is also a gift shop with plenty of John Deere...More

While on a motorcycle trip with a friend along the Mississippi river we stopped at the John Deere Pavilion in downtown East Moline. It's an indoor project display of some of the massive machinery they make and an explanation of the company's origins. Besides the...More

Was so great to see all the equipment and learn what they are used for, especially in different parts of the world. Fun things for the kids to do as well and a big plus was all they learned! Would highly recommend this place.

We are a farming family. Stopped in on the recommendation of a family member. Bought several things in the store and enjoyed the pavilion displays.

The Pavilion offers a chance to experience large scale equipment up close and has interesting interactive educational displays. When we take visitors here, they always enjoy the experience. The Pavilion has a children's area and allows for youngsters to climb on the equipment.

Stayed across at Stoney Creek Hotel. Got all the hype about the duckling hatching. They had Like two. Equipment was nice. It was a fun stop for photosMore

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed. It is unfortunate that you missed seeing ducks hatching at the time of your visit. We had eggs hatching throughout the 3 day event. Hopefully you enjoyed the 25 plus ducklings that you could learn about and...More

I have 6 and 9 year old boys and a 14 year old girl. I know the amount of time spent will vary, but, on average, how much time should we allow to visit the Pavillion?

When visiting the pavilion, I would give yourselves 45 mins to an hour to visit the pavilion. There are several large pieces of equipment and video displays to look at and a couple construction equipment simulators to try... More
