Down the slope and through the woods to the dog beach we go. At first glance the park looks disappointing but take the steps down the bluff to the dog friendly beach on one side and no dogs on the other.

Yes, this reflects the stairs as they were; as they are For me, it brings back childhood memories, and it is a beautiful path down to the beach at Lake Michigan

Any season this park is great. No playground equipt meant means few kids except for those walking their dogs or just walking the trail. The walk is steep and at times slippery but the trail leads you thru the ravine and down to the beach....More
