Food at the port is the main attraction and it is full of restaurants specialising in fish (not surprising).

We took the tram from the port to the train station prior to catching the little Soller train. The tram is quite a fun way to travel around the bay and for 6 euro not too expensive,

Its a train that takes you through villages around Soller - can hop on and off. Was a welcome relief on a hot day from the beating sun.

After a 3 hour walk/hike from where we were staying in Port de Sóller to Soller, this was just what was needed to get us back by a more direct route. For us it was more functional than a ‘must do’ but enjoyable nonetheless.

A charming, back in time, trip from Soller to Port de Soller and/or back although the price seems to go up each year! Take the well marked footpath walk, through the countryside, one way and the tram back. You will need good footwear for the...More

It can be a bit crazy since seating is first come first served and be very careful not to board a tram specifically set up for travel agency use!! You will be removed unless you are a part of that group. It was just a...More

Stunning views but a bit pricey at 6 euros each way. Always late departing but hey you're on holiday

It’s a tourist trap. old tramway between Soller and the Port of Soller beach. ~30m slow ride each way, (runs every 30m), 7€ per person each way

I had a ride with them back in the 50´s and it is still much like what it was then. Recommended for it´s authentic experience.

Great little ride into Sóller for the market. Some say it’s expensive but I thought it was good value and it pays for the upkeep of something that is very unusual. We enjoyed it.

The train one way Palma-Soller for an adult is 25E and the tram Soller-Puerto de Soller is 7E = 32E total. But a return ticket also cost 32E! I considered taking the bus, but wanted to experience the old train and tram. A... More

I would agree that a taxi from the port to the cathedral area would be best and then walk to explore the area around the cathedral and towards the station
