The Breakfast Diva made us feel as though we were in her home kitchen. Lots of class members were actively involved in her presentation of delicious and practical recipes. We were given substantial "tastings." I certainly didn't need any lunch! Professional, but not out of...More

This cooking class is so much fun, informative and entertaining. There is a good reason Food Network chose Breakfast Diva for their cooking competition. I will definitely do this again if I am in Galena or wherever this Diva takes her cooking school.More

We learned homemade noodles with a pasta machine, chicken picata, and a strawberry cake. We then had a nice sized taste portion. The 'diva" was fun and informative. Next time I come to Galena I want to stay in their bed and breakfast!
