Been my local cinema growing up, went to see peter rabbit just to kill a bit of time. Realised I may have been a little old for the movie but never mind! I still enjoy the atmosphere of visiting the cinema in itself. Staff were...More

Went to the cinema in a proper nostalgic picture house. Really enjoyed it. Plenty of leg room and interval treats were cheap and lovely too Great family time

We go as often as we can and always try and support local business The staff are polite and friendly and the atmosphere is always special, we can't wait to go back.

Like taking a step back in time. Interval, queuing at the front for an ice cream, you can even buy a pint and go back and sit in your seat with it. Simply fantastic

This lovely cinema is, i understand, over a century old. It has a tradition of an intermission whereby one may imbibe. It started out, apparently, as refreshments offered while the projectionist changed the reels, but even in modern times the locals insist on their pint...More

Not sure if you had your question answered but I know of young families who do come. Especially for family films. There is an intermission too.

Both Circle and stalls are good. Benefits of the stalls is that's next to the bar! Don't forget there an intermission.
