We left the hotel with our motobike and just few minutes later we reached the Kyauk Ka Lat Pagoda.

There is also small group day tour or 2 night 3 days short trips tour groups operated by many domestic tour operators. The prices for the cosmetic are fair usually less than 100$ for 2 day trip inclusive of accommodation. But I am not sure for the foreigners fare.
If you don’t want group tour, you can come alone. There are regular buses from Yangon to Hpa an. The ticket price is cheap. There is Tuk Tuk in the city so you can go round.
For me, it’s family trip so we rent the car and it’s about 4-5 hour drive from Yangon.
