50 LKR entry fee but worth it! Super nice hike, not strenuous, about 30 min :) great views, managed to get really close to the waterfall. We could stand on the rocks and feel the spray of the waterfall

Breathtakingly beautiful falls where you can spend hours and hours. Not many things to do in the area do its a good pit stop while going somewhere else

When driving from Kandy to the south part of the island, ask the driver to make a stop at the falls. There is a small walk down to go right next to the falls and enjoy great views and take super photos

taking a car is not a problem. but there is a bit of trekking to do from the road to get to the point of the real water fall. 20 rupees tickets can be purchased at the entrance.
