It is impressive, but personally I think money could have been better spent for children activities , playgrounds, roller board activity's , no offense meant , just seems more could have been done for the children in Effingham area

The Welcome Center at The Cross is open from 10am to 4pm November to April; 10am to 7pm May to October.
