Roscoe's Tavern is one of the best neighborhood bars in Chicago. It is located in the heart of Boystown and has a very diverse, fun and friendly crowd. There are plenty of things to do. You can hang out in the front bar and have...More

This place is the worst representation of the Chicago gay community. You are better off at any other bar on the Halsted strip. This bar is old, dirty and has the worst customer service anywhere around. The employees let hoodlums hangout in front of the...More

Haven't been there in a few years, so I was surprised to see the recent interior changes, which really opened up the space, but still retained the old feel of the building. Good drinks and good food too!

If you love music (especially anything played on a piano) then be sure to go for dueling piano nights in Thursday’s. Be prepared to tip if you want your song played. This place is a lot of fun and I highly recommend it!

I went there with a friend hoping to have a mix drink. It was not late, so I didn't expect absolutely drunk people spilling drinks over me. It was 5 pm Sunday, all the guests were hammered!! The waiters were mean , and didn't come...More

Cool place for Sunday Funday. There were good drink specials, good music and a decent crowd all of which were friendly and easy to chat to.

Went out with girlfriends and this place was so much fun! Friendly people everywhere! It was basically techno/remix type music all night. It was very crowded so if you want a little space I would not suggest this place. We were sweating within 10 minutes.

The place had 2 rooms, with different music. At the back room there was dueling pianos, and the musicians were taking guests song requests. They really made the environment very cheerful and fun. The bartenders seemed to be good, but did not see them really...More
