We live in Florida so we miss this great street and fantastic food. Each restaurant is better than the next. What passes for Greek food in Sarasota pales by comparison. Ironically, my daughter lives in Greek town and although her parents love good Greek food,...More

Thanks for the kind words and visiting Greektown Chicago!

We came here for Greek Fest thinking it was going to be much larger than it was. Restaurants served a variety of food in the street But somehow we expected more. Greektown is basically a collection of different Greek restaurants that serve traditional Greek food.

Thank you for visiting Greektown! We are glad you came out to our annual Taste of Greetown festival. Be sure to check our National Hellenic Museum for more to do on your next visit.

Not much to do in this area of Chicago. It had decent food if you like Greek. Not much to do after eating. If you're looking for Greek food in Chicago, don't go anywhere else.

Have visited numerous cities Chinatown, Little Italy, etc. so was looking forward to seeing Chicago’s Greektown. It was a disappointment. No unique shops or any attractions. Only restaurants. Overall, not worth the out of the way trio to come here.

Andrew, we hope you consider Greektown again. We have the National Hellenic Museum and Athenian Candle which are great locations to visit when in Greektown. Be sure to visit our website for events and a list of shops.

Awesome restaurants. A cute Greek store selling wine, cheese, etc. Pastries. Greek museum. The shops and restaurants have been here for ages. It's fun to see some of Chicago history.

I think you need to go sooner than later, because this area is the hottest real estate market in the city, so developers are buying up everything. With that being said, get there to enjoy good, inexpensive food with free valet parking.

For great food, you can't go wrong with either Greek Islands or the Parthenon. Rodity's has a bit of a "night life," if that's what you're seeking, if I remember correctly.
