Purchased tickets online the day before for the ‘improv show’ based on a recommendation from a friend. Arrived about 30mins before the show and had great seats near the front. Show was very funny with good audience inclusion. Would highly recommend!
Went in not knowing what to expect from their summer special. Some great amateur performers with zany skits. Ranged from politics to family, to school life to foreign countries. Brilliant night. Make sure to book tickets as it was jam packed even for a Wednesday.
My husband and I spent two nights in Chicago. A friend of ours is from Chicago and told us that going to Up Comedy Club was a must. The only thing I regret is not going back the second night as well. For $18 a...More
We were looking for something to do and went to the Improv show. Talented performers and had a great time. Got there early and ordered dinner. The burger was fantastic. Definitely worth the price of admission and a true local thing to do.
Went to the 'best of second city' show, tried to get tickets at the box office a few hours before the show to get tickets, there was only 1 person at the kiosk and they were on the phone for 10-15mins booking tickets for someone...More
I attended a Thursday night show at 7 p.m. The troupe performed several improv and sketch comedy acts, some involving audience members. These performers are very talented and put on quite a comical show that had everyone laughing out loud a good part of the...More
My friend and I flew into Chicago Sat afternoon and went to the 930 show. Definitely worth seeing. All of the user names and stories were funny and rang true from hearing friends online dating stories. Afterwards we wandered around the area and checked out...More
Saw the show #DateMe and absolutely enjoyed it. Pre-show activities were available (red carpet social media pic opportunities). Lots of laughs and great story. Drinks were on the pricey side for non-alcoholic, with souvenir glass was $12. Ironic that the souvenir glass was a Pilsner....More

Head to the North Side of Chicago for a stroll through one of the city’s greenest neighborhoods. Lincoln Park boasts over 1200 acres of green space complete with a free zoo open to visitors year-round. This pedestrian-friendly neighborhood is lined with parks, row homes, boutiques, taverns, and nature. Lincoln Park itself borders the lakefront area offering peaceful views of the water and the Chicago skyline.
The Lincoln Park Conservatory is one of the most popular attractions in the area, with the Chicago History Museum a close second. Armitage Avenue is where you’ll find great shopping from high-end retailers and small boutiques, whereas Clark Street houses cafes and restaurants. For more highbrow entertainment, walk along Lincoln Avenue to find some of Chicago’s finer museums and theaters.
