Last night we had the absolute joy of hearing the 2009-10 Chicago Blues Diva of the Year, Laretha Weathersby, If you ever get an opportunity to see her perform, do not miss it. She is sensational. The band she plays with is solid and the...More

Great music and prices are very reasonable considering that you always get live music. Even on a Monday a good band and good crowd.

There are several tourist Blues bars in Chicago. But this one is only about good music!! If you like the Blues go for it. No food at all, just for drinking and enjoing the music!!

Best thing about this place is the location...convenient to downtown restaurants and hotels. I was not impressed by either of two house acts: JJ and Aretha. I love Chicago but this was all strained shouting and histrionics. Cheap. Loud.

Great live blues music! This place is rockin'! We'll Worth the $10 cover and you get Nick the bartender as an added bonus! A must visit whether you're a local or an out of towner!

Don't know about Sundays, but there was a $10.00 entry fee (not a cover) when I was there last month.

I think there's on street parking but I've always taken a cab there.
