Historically interesting, boat tour was fascinating. My visit was on a sunny day, it could be chilly on the water. The seats in the front of the boat were great. Follow the ride with a tour of the center, it deepened the understanding

There is interior seating on the boat, so you can still go on the tour when it is raining.
