A great way to see some of the highlights of Chicago

Chicago was the first stop on our US tour of the West Coast. We used to live here many years ago and so fancied breaking up our journey with a few days here. Our Segway tour was a... read more

This is the best way to see the city. Not difficult at all so don't be scared. Friendly staff and our guide Sean was amazing. We took the haunted tour at night and got to see the beautiful city lit up. You don't realize how beautiful Chicago is until you see it doing this. You get to see a lot... More

Stay away, and go somewhere else... When we showed up for our tour, they insisted on us paying cash even though the site clearly states they take credit cards. The whole transaction was shady. They didn't give us proper credit for the online reservation deposit we paid either. But at that point, we were already there and kids were excited,... More

Be smarter than me and do your research, people! The only thing I get credit for is being the only person in my group to actually read the liability waiver form you must sign before participating. Everyone else seemed to be in a contest to see who could sign everything the fastest. KNOW THIS GOING IN, you are accepting full... More

Sadly the "family run" company is not straight with you compared with their website. There are too many additional costs. There is a processing fee on the website (their website), you get charged tax on the website and then they try and charge you tax again on the deposit you paid on the website when you arrive. You are encouraged... More

We embarked on a Chi Segway tour on Thursday Sept 1st. The weather wasn't great on and off drizzle. We started late training bc one party wasn't on time. Then we left for tour late. Then one of the segways wreaked while traversing a wet "electric cord non trip mat" near Soldier field. The 15 year old kid and Segway... More

I really do not think this tour worths $60, if you want to ride a segway for 1.5 hrs, it is fine, but if you want to get information about the city, do not pay. They have cancelled our tour without any notification and they were not willing to refund us!! although they offer us voucher to use later on.

Segways are a blast to ride and easy to learn. Fun way to get around and see a lot. Tour guide Tony was very informative and made it fun too.

Chicago was the first stop on our US tour of the West Coast. We used to live here many years ago and so fancied breaking up our journey with a few days here. Our Segway tour was a bit of fun for the day and also to banish jet lag and see a bit more of the lake front. Our... More

Ok, tour gets cancelled due to weather. I get that, but to keep my money is not right. They shouldn't benefit because of Mother Nature, refunds should be given! They lose nothing because of weather, your choice to be in a business that requires good weather not mine. To hide behind a contract about no refunds is a joke. I... More

After getting a verbal quote our party of 4 rented a 4 seat bicycle. We filled out some paperwork and away we went. Our lake shore ride was lovely but the fees & taxes we were presented with upon our return were not. First they added a per-person service fee, then second attempted to charge us tax (9%) but not... Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
