It was fun and informative. Pizza was my favourite! Was cold and wet but still enjoyable. You don't end the tour where you start but directions were readily available. Along with the food you get a nice history on Chicago and some of its buildings and influential people. Walking was a gentle pace.

During our recent business trip to Chicago we were able to attend two food tours through Chicago Food Planet...Best in Chow, and Second City. The quality of the cuisine and tour guides with this company are top notch. I highly recommend attending at least one food tour when you visit this amazing city. Our time was limited. I really feel... More

We were thrilled to try great neighborhood eats during our Wicker Park tour, going from a delicious and memorable Italian Beef sandwich to a sublime hot chocolate experience, this tour will treat your palate to an unexpected variety of flavors while listening to stories about the neighborhood and its mansions. A must do if you're in the area.

As first time visitors to Chicago, we were looking for something that would help us learn about the city and local fare. Best in Chow tour was the perfect choice! Terry, our tour guide, was great. The food was amazing. My only advice would be to not eat before you go!

I booked this tour as a bachelorette party. We took advantage of the World's Fare tour in Wicker Park/Bucktown. It was over dinner time and each stop had a drink! They catered perfectly to our group which included a vegetarian and an expecting mother. It was a perfect activity for a bride that didn't want the focus to be drinking... More

I loved the Chinatown food tour. The food was fantastic, and was spread out perfectly over the course of the tour so that I was always ready for the next stop, but never starving or stuffed. I really appreciated the cultural and historical information, and that our guide Philip pointed out his favorite things about the area. He was knowledgeable... More
