I go there to fish the ponds (pay to fish with an annual ticket) and they do stock the ponds. However all other situations are free like picnic sites, nature walks, instructions and meetings, bike paths and etc. It is part of the Bolingbrook Park district and well kept up.

Live bait worms minnows and grubs are sold on premises. There area is shaded by huge trees and is very scenic. the ponds are stocked with catfish and at times trout. This is a secluded... More

It is located in the northwest suburbs in Bolingbrook, some close local fun. Its hard to initially find but once you have found it, the time spent finding it is worth it. The park is very well maintained, its grass is comparable to a PGA golf course. Hidden Lakes is pet friendly, and it even has its own bait shop... More

Hidden Lakes at the northern end of Schmidt at Boughton. Great place for a picnic or a walk on the paved walkway with a wooded surrounding. Very relaxing.

Stopped here last week after not coming here for many years. The changes they have made are very nice to see. Will come back again, just a lot sooner than before.

I love that park mile from my house beautiful setting. New wooden bridge will take you all the way to Naperville adding miles of walking, biking, fishing and all other activities. I can go there every day and notice something different every time love it and my dog loves it too

It's my go-to for a nice dose of nature in my neighborhood. This is a very nice place to fish, relax, take a run or just a stroll through the nature trails. It is conveniently located. If you're hanging out for the afternoon and don't pack a lunch, there a several restaurants nearby.

This area looks like fallout from a nuclear disaster! What is happening here?? It looks like something is killing off the vegetation. On the plus side, the visitor/nature center is nice but the hike down to the trout farm and the lakes is very steep from this location. You might be better off to park to the north. We saw... More
