We were pleasantly surprised to be able to book this campsite the same week. The park is well kept, washrooms and showers were clean. We loved how close to the water we could be at short notice. Love the radio free area so not to...More

The campground is very close to oshawa - which is a 10 minute drive. The campsites are well kept and the campground facilities are decent - its a nice campground for a family/friends weekend trip close to the city.

42 dollars for camping whose toilets and showers are absolutely disgusting. The trains passing continuously and sounding their horn all night. People yelling and playing music until 2:30 am. The person at the front desk barely smiles and does his job to the minimum. I...More

Stayed a few days in our trailer while exploring Ontario. Nice roomy sites and somewhat private- depends on site. We really liked the no radio zone so it keeps that camping atmosphere and you don't have to listen to other peoples loud, potentially offensive and...More

Lots of space to bbq and picnic. Plenty of shade and small but pretty beach. Only downfall... people are disrespectful of your space and will talk through your area and some bad apples ...not clean and will throw garbage in the trees and bushes

We were at site 12 and had book many months in-advance for the weekend. It had been many days of rain before our arrival which made every site a mud bath. We did get stuck in the mud trying to back our trailer in but...More

Stopped by for a day visit on a cloudy Sunday of a long weekend. Parking lots were beyond full, cars double parked everywhere. Picnic areas and grass areas were so crowded it felt like downtown Toronto during rush hour. The beach is very meagre -...More

Hilltop is best for shade & privacy and the sites in the 240 -250 sites are big. Just go on website click on campground map & most sites have pictures.
