While I was a bit sad that there was no movie being shown tonight, they did let me look into the theater. I love that a theater like this is still around.

A beautiful, historical show house, that provides entertainment year round, from plays, to movies, to the annual Nutcracker Suite Performance for the past 20 years every December, to music shows with both local musicians as well as more famous folks like the Cowboy Junkies.

I saw Sadie Silica here. What an amazing singer! The theater seats 500 and is very intimate with an upstairs balcony and couches to relax upon. We messed up our tickets and the theater director; Patricia, was on hand and very nice and helpful.

It is worth the price of admission to marvel at the beautiful ceiling! The theatre is completely re-done as close to original as possible. Go for the theatre and enjoy the ever-changing lineup of concerts, movies and plays. There is something every month for everyone....More

Entire community rally's around the shows here. From men's groups to local schools. Movies are classic and cutting edge.

This wonderful old theatre brings in all sorts of events...plays, concerts, movies. Each event gets a personal introduction. It is a joint community effort keeping this place going.

I live local and have been to the Panda several times... It's the kind of theater you don't see anymore. They offer local talent, concerts, special viewings of movies etcetera... worth going just for the architecture and Ambiance... Very cool

This restored theatre is a highlight of living in Sandpoint. They show a wide variety of current movies, plays, performers and have recently implemented dinner theatre. I encourage anyone visiting Sandpoint to try to attend at least one event in the theatre.

Panida Theater's website has all events scheduled under the Tickets/Events tab. Google "Panida Sandpoint" to find it, as Trip Advisor will not allow anyone to post a link.
