Warm water, no waves, soft sand, gentle breeze. Restaurant, barbeque, cafe, beach wear store, ice cream parlour, all around. people of all ages and nations. A party going on in the afternoon, with music and a friendly atmosphere (not noisy or oppressive). a bit crowded....More

We were staying in Venice for a week, and needed a quiet day after all the sight seeing. The beach was fine and not too crowded and we paid 18€ for two sun loungers and umbrella that price also includes one visit to the toilet!...More

This is aperfect way to spend your holiday.Hire a su lounger and chill.The beach is clean facilities are close by what more do you need

Stayed on the lido with the plan to spend a day on the beach. However September weather had other plans! Such a shame as so lovely. Next time maybe

Simple and clean. You could easily spend a day or more here. Plenty of changing rooms and cafe bars. We stayed in Venice but you can stay on Lido. The waterbus can take a while if you take the wrong route, that depends which line...More

Lovely sandy beach and wasn't too busy in September. There is also a couple of places to eat and is free to visit. Is about a 20-30 min walk to the water bus stop but is shops and places to eat on the way. Plenty...More

We spent the mornings on the free public beach. We were asked to leave the beach near the front of one of the hotels. You are allowed to walk the length of the beach on the water front but only sunbath in designated public areas....More

Went to Lido beach with my 3 years old son. It's a nice place to go especially after days in Venice. Rent 2 sun chair for 18 Euro. 10 Euro deposit for a towel which will be refunded when u return. The water was nice...More

The going rate for umbrella and sun lounger was 20 Euros there were lockers and hot showers, if you get a bus via Sandro Gallo to via Chris Colombo roundabout and walk left at the to the beach its about 5 min walk .There is... More

I did not use the waterbus since we were always so many people and according to our information it came to about the same amount as using the waterbus. My info was that the price was approx. 7 Euro per ride.
