This is a treasure of Boise! Please find time, especially in the Spring or Summer to visit this very beautiful place. At Christmas it is a glow with the holiday spirit. You won’t regret a visit!

During Christmas the volunteers light the trees, offer a Santa for kids and a few snacks to purchase, Its a colorful setting to walk around, warm your hands at one of the many fire pits and enjoy the holiday spirit.

The Botanical Gardens are beautiful in the summer and when Winter Garden Aglow is on. Smell all the flowers in the summer and see the pretty lights in winter.

The lights are pretty, but in my opinion, it is over-priced. The additions that were added (Santa, popcorn stand) may be the culprit in driving up prices. Not enough bathrooms! Also, the gift shop is sparse in items. Not like it used to be when...More

We went to see the light display that they feature around Christmas time. It was wonderful! There were food vendors and the light displays were beautiful. Seeing all of the dormant plants makes you want to return in the spring and summer also.

Hello, Much of the garden is wheelchair accessible. Although not all of it. As above, there are some ramps, wide paths, and so on.

I volunteer at the garden and pets are not allowed inside. If you go to the "policies" page on the IBG website, you will find the answer.
