So many different kinds of animals. Exotic as well as domestic animals, even goats! It was an awesome thing to do on an afternoon while visiting family.

Was in town during the off season and wanted to do something different. Stumbled on the zoo and for the price, we were pleasantly surprised. Good bang for the buck with lots of exhibits. It's no big city zoo but what do you expect for Boise.

Reasonable prices with plenty to see and do. I recommend becoming a zoo member if you plan to go more than once per year.

A great Boise venue and experience, and right next to the Julia Davis Park, Rose Garden, Idaho History Museum, and downtown. Well laid out, lots of variety in types of exhibits, and a good variety of animals. Clean and well maintained. Employees are helpful and friendly. A good place for families and just renewing your acquaintance with some of the... More

Great fun for the whole family. Lots of animals. May not be as big as other zoos but one of the best in Idaho

This is a nice little zoo near downtown Boise, Idaho. It is fun to walk down the green belt and see the giraffes peeking their heads over the fences! The zoo has a nice variety of animals, is clean, and is near many other attractions such as the Children's Science Museum.

I came to visit family with 3 kids. It was the best day ever. They had a wheelchair available so I could participate. The kids had a blast. The animals were amazing. The grounds were clean. There was a fun shop for souvenirs. I was just the right size so kids did not get tired. Great day overall.

This was a wonderful place to take the kiddos for the day. They loved all the different little nooks and areas to explore. It is a wonderful way to teach the kiddos about different animals and what they eat, how they live and so much more. I am definitely taking my kiddos again soon.
