Nice zoo you will see some different things not seen in other zoo's. Giant anteater, striped hyenas, a few animals from Australia. Plenty of trees for shade. Worth a visit

Excellent smallish zoo. They've done an excellent job with limited space and funds. Giraffes were a big hit. Snow Leopard. Monkeys are great but need new habitats.

Because of construction, it's currently a little difficult to navigate and the animals are limited but you can tell that it is usually an excellent little zoo.

Beautiful day after all the extremely hot weather. Entered the zoo after paying a fairly large amount. Followed the map visiting the exhibits. The zoo is under heavy construction which it needs because the exhibits are in extremely bad condition. Conditions are not good for...More

The Zoo is a great place to take children, and the Boise Zoo is no exception. We had a good visit, with no problems at all. It is not as big as the Washington National Zoo, or the San Diego Zoo, but for Boise it...More
