Take some time to walk around the memorial and read quotes from Anne and others in history. Site is currently being updated through October 2018 but worth the stop. Use the library to park or park across Capitol Avenue and enjoy a stroll along the...More

This is a beautiful tribute to human rights. I've even been to the Anne Frank house in Amsterdam, but I was moved by this.

We purposely looked for this memorial. Quotes on the walls were poignant and from a variety of sources. Somehow I missed seeing the life sized sculpture of Anne Frank, but glad we stopped. I think the area will improve greatly once construction is completed.

Just off the Boise River Greenbelt, the Memorial creates a peaceful water garden with native vegetation and remarkable quotes from remarkable people to contemplate. I found it unforgettable - and so unpretentious/unassuming - it just is, existing organically and so right!

The area one is under construction and the other has walls of a lot of different famous peoples quotes. Over all nice area and feels like very quiet even though people are around. Quotes from Rosa Parks, Anne Frank, Nelson Mandela, Robert Kennedy among others....More

We sort of slipped in another area that was under construction to see this memorial. We were only in Boise for a day and had a half dozen areas we hoped to see. ALL were closed or under construction. This, the History Museum, Freak Alley,...More

I was impressed at how well-designed and moving this memorial was. I was expecting to find a single statue and a plaque, and instead I found a whole experience with waterfalls and all. The audio addition was a nice touch to give tidbits about the...More

The Anne Frank Human Rights memorial was absolutely stunning. I really enjoyed walking around and reading all of the memorials and some of the diary writings of Anne Frank. Its a very moving place to reflect on life.

We biked through this monument multiple times, catching a new snippet of quote each time. What an amazing way to integrate these messages into daily life! we stopped once for a longer period of reflection and appreciation.

It's fairly centrally located, about a 9 minute walk from the Grove Hotel down town and also extremely close to both Julia Davis and Ann Morrison park. It's right next to the river and is very lovely.
