Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I had been there before in 2017 during the height of TWD series and it was a 2 story store . The first floor was all merchandise and the bottom floor was kinda a mini museum but this year it was all squeezed into a few rooms. But if you’re a TWD fan it’s a must see

Very cool museum and gift shop. Lots of movie props and great pricing!
Sadly no tours until Sunday but we drove and walked around and ate lunch at Nic and Normans (Darryl’s restaurant) excellent food!

This is the second time my wife and I visited this shop. It's has a lot of cool twd fan stuff to look at and buy. Brought my oldest son (13) for his first time and he loved it. Will come back, just wish they had more props from the show

This store is OK but just that, nothing spectacular and you can find more items online than in the store. The store is small and most items are less expensive online. The only reason to go to the store is because they have a very small section downstairs where you can take some pictures with a bike and a replica of a prison cell. I would have been ok if it wasn't for the extremely rude and obnoxious owner who literally kicked us out of the store at 5 pm. There were at least 10-15 folks inside who had to "rush" to buy an item because she wanted to kick everybody out. Most stores close the doors but allow you to finish buying. You can tell that she has money and doesn't care losing customers with this attitude. I would recommend you guys arrive at least 1 hour before closing time so you can avoid this unnecessary harassment.

We visited Atlanta & was so close to the "The Real Woodbury" of the Walking Dead fame we had to make the 50 minute drive south to Senoia. So glad we did!!! There's a must see shop!! Not only does it offer everything from the Walking Dead imaginable for sale, it also offers a free visit to a museum downstairs. It has cells from the prison,Daryl's bike, Penny's cage, the Governor's torture chair & more. There's also several filming sites walking distance from the shop & tours that leave from the shop to other TWD filming locations. Actors featured from the show stop by for photo ops & signings which is listed on their facebook page. We will drive back to the town on our next ATL trip. Parking is free & you can walk to several restaurants, ice cream treat shops & shopping. Very pleased with our visit & highly recommend it!! Detour yourself to Senoia!!! I took pictures, but since there's no listing yet for this place, I will add them later.

I took a day trip out to Senoia before going to the Con. Beautiful little shop for die-hard TWD fans. There were lots of new tee shirts styles and the usual officially licensed products. Space is tight when it's crowded! Be sure to visit The Walking Dead Museum downstairs to see some props from the show and more. The day I was there there was a Cos-play "Governor", which was fun.

We started in Atlanta and went to Terminus, and then we went south and did our own small tour of the Walking dead filming locations. We visited Haralson, Newnan, Grantville, Sharpsburg and finished up with Senoia, we forgot to visit Griffin, but it's also where they film.
Senoia's main St was Woodbury in the Walking dead season 3.
We left this until last since the store was only open from 1pm - 5pm on a Sunday and we had a 6 hour drive to get back home.
We were a couple of many other Walking dead fans that were anxiously waiting to get in.
The store is great, we started in the downstairs area where they have Daryl's bike, a prison cell, the doors from the 1st episode of season 1 plus many other cool items. There are also signatures on the walls from all the stars of the show.
The upstairs is the store where they have everything Walking dead you can imagine, some pretty cool and unique stuff.
It's just exciting to be there knowing all the stars of the show have been there and plus you're in Woodbury :)
We got 1 sweatshirt, 2 T-shirts, 5 pairs of socks, Walking dead version of RISK, a Terminus poster, a shot glass, 3 magnets and a Daryl Dixon tumbler, we spent quite a bit, but it was worth it we love everything we got.
We just had the best time seeing all the set pieces.
We spoke with the owner who is one lucky lady, and she told us about where they had been currently filming the end of season 5 at the end of the street, and before we left to go home we took a walk and checked it out, very exciting !!!!
If you are a huge fan of the Walking dead as we are, make sure you visit here and visit Senoia and all the other areas surrounding it.

We always go to this shoppe when doing a tour except this time. We did the Walking Dead Studio tour.
But they didn't go there. We had to get our driver to go to the shoppe. They didn't have as many gifts as before. Otherwise I love going there.

Wondering if this is open on holidays, such as New Year's Day.

I am wondering how handicap accessible all of the shops and other places are? Thanks
Written 17 July 2016
I know there's a big incline going from end to end. I did see handicapped ramps and there are cross walks.

Yes, the Veranda Bed and Breakfast is in the heart of Woodbury (Senoia)! It is less than a block from the Woodbury Shoppe, restaurants and 'Alexandria.' They have the best breakfast in town, reasonable rates, and the owners Laura and Rick are great! (If they are filled up, Peachtree City is about 15 minutes away. I think Days Inn on Crosstown is the closest, in a safe area, and a pretty hotel. Welcome to Woodbury! (Saison the voice of The Governor)

Hi! I live in Senoia and just saw your review. I'm not affiliated with the Woodbury Shoppe but I moved here because I'm a huge fan of TWD! I hope you come back. You can ask any local on the street and they will tell you where all the cool things are, what to see, places where they filmed that you can stop and take pictures. The show films from May until November, that is the time to come down and get a chance to see your favorite stars and visit with all the other fans. Come back and give us another try! :) Then go take a trip to Savannah and do a Blue Orb Ghost night tour!

There are no hotels in Senoia but there are 2 bed and breakfast, Veranda bed and breakfast is the best. The owners are very friendly and the stay was very nice. I think that the closest hotels are in Peachtree city. Enjoy

Hi all! Could anyone let me know if I have to be part of a tour to enter the shoppe, or can anyone visit? Also, I noticed in a couple of pictures long lines to get in. What would be a good time in the morning to get there so we don't have to wait too long? Thanks in advance!!

I should have mentioned that we went in late June 2015.

How close is this to Six Flags, GA? Might go to six flags this summer and this would be fun to do to. Thanks.
Written 27 February 2015
We went after getting rained out at Six Flags. I want to say it was about 30 miles away. I disagree with the previous answer. We wouldn't have gone if it was that far.
